The Dance Ensemble “OGONKI” of the Altai Territory is making preparations for participating in the 33^rd April Spring Friendship Art Festival.
  We are very pleased to be participating in the meaningful celebrations of the 112^th birth anniversary of Comrade Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Korean people, and it is a great honour for us.
