Established on March 31, Juche 77 (1988), it is a holding company which owns National Restaurant famous at home and abroad for its traditional Korean dishes, as well as a banquet hall, teahouses, shops, service complexes, and various production bases.
National Restaurant in the Pyongyang International House of Culture serves sinsollo, barbeque, Pyongyang cold noodles, trepang soup, beef and rice soup, slices of raw carp, steamed lobster and other traditional Korean dishes as well as ordered foreign dishes.
