The drama features a senior official of a county committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, who, bearing deep in mind the Party’s idea on the independent and diversified development of cities and counties across the country, strives to develop his county based on its own potentials by building a power station and carrying out other projects in the face of manifold difficulties.
    Through realistic artistic representation, the drama calls on the officials of our times to render selfless, devoted service for the happiness of the people, true to the lofty will of Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the WPK, of devotion to them.
