The whole country is overflowing with the high spirit and enthusiasm of young people of the DPRK to write a new chapter in the heroic history of the development of the Korean youth movement.
  On the occasion of the significant Youth Day, all the Korean people extend warm congratulation to the reliable young people who are demonstrating to the world their resourcefulness and courage under the care of the great Workers’ Party of Korea.
  The large contingent of heroic and patriotic young people, who have grown up under the banner of the WPK and tempered themselves in the blizzards of Paektu, are glorifying their youthful days with creation and exploits, regarding it as their ideal to translate the WPK’s plans into reality.
  All the young people of the DPRK will display their dignity and stamina to the full in the current struggle for building a socialist power by carrying forward the proud history and tradition whereby their preceding generations responded to the call of the WPK and the revolution with indomitable struggle.
