  All the people pay high tribute and extend warm congratulations to the war veterans who are adding lustre to their noble life with great pride and honour of being the victorious wartime generation under the warm care of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
  July 27 is the victory and honour the Korean people and the soldiers of the Korean People’s Army, who were boundlessly loyal to the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung, achieved at the cost of their blood in the 1950s.
  Many years have passed since the great V-Day, but the day will shine forever generation after generation.
