  The Constitution provides a sure guarantee for developing the country’s social system and defending the people’s rights to independence and interests.
  The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un put forward the idea of building a genuine people’s country in which the laws defend the people and the people observe the laws, and ensured that all the country’s laws embody the people-first principle.
