On the occasion of the April spring holiday the 34^th April Spring Friendship Art Festival is to be held from April 1 to 30, 2026, in Pyongyang, the capital of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. It will draw famous art, dance and acrobatic troupes from over twenty countries and overseas Korean art troupes. The festival organizing committee decided to examine the videos of performances given by art troupes and artistes and broadcast those highly appreciated on the Korean Central TV, edit in various forms the congratulatory speeches made by figures of the cultural and art circles around the world and the performances and preparations by the participants in the festival and give wide publicity to them on such websites as Korean Art. The 34^th April Spring Friendship Art Festival will be a significant occasion in promoting friendship, unity, cultural cooperation and exchanges between countries around the world.
