The Down-with-Imperialism Union (DIU), which the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung formed on October 17, Juche 15 (1926), in Huadian, China, was Korea’s first true revolutionary vanguard organization.
  As an independent revolutionary organization, the DIU set out clear objectives for the Korean people’s struggle. With the founding of the DIU as a momentum, the Korean revolution, steered by the great leader, made a dynamic advance along the road of Juche.
